Dear MPCSD Parents/Guardians,
I have taken a moment to film a video message and write a blog to address some of the higher-level questions about reopening schools for the fall. Beyond the more tactical responses in our Reopening Plan and FAQs, I wanted to more personally address the bigger WHYs that enter our inboxes these days. For many of you unsure about “all the fuss” or “why’d we even consider coming back,” I think this video message and the blog--10 Whys and A What--will address some of your underlying questions; at least I hope it will. I’m putting myself out there to try to allay concerns and provide some context; I hope you will receive it in the spirit in which it is intended. We’re going to get through this, together.
