HEART OF MADAM MIDIALA

Dreams do come true: In the above video, you will hear the heart of Madam Midiala, the founder of Star of Bethlehem Children's Bible School in Las Tunas.

The front foyer and classroom have been fully renovated; new classrooms are also being added. "Our present children are tomorrow's future," says Madam Midiala. Together with 10 teachers, she is discipling 75 children above 5 years old to be both the present and future!

BACK TO SCHOOL SUPPORT

New uniforms & chairs have been received: 50 uniforms & study chairs with tablet arms arrived at Pastor Nelson Quaye's church last month. Founder of River Mission and the principal of Raising Hope Foundation Elementary & Junior high schools came to receive them.

New well, windows & doors: Thanks to your generous giving, a well (similar to the one in the above picture) with pump will be installed to benefit the community of Shawtown, where our new multi-purpose church & outreach centre is located. New iron windows & doors are ready to be added to the building. In the next phase, we will complete the plastering of the floor, and add chairs, instruments, and a pulpit.

Ministry Outreach: While the finishing touches to the building go on, our students continue their village to village evangelism, proclaiming the Gospel and sharing with the people the good news of the new church and ministry centre. 75-100 people gather each Thursday and Friday for worship and the Word in their village centre. Our teams travel together with a rented PA system, keyboard, and generator to the prescheduled meetings. It is an exciting time. Thanks so much for your prayers and support of this new remote church plant.

SHARING GOD's LOVE IN ACTION

Amazing summer in Vancouver! Ivana & Ollie, our young people who are gifted in the arts, served the downtown Eastside community through an art workshop organized by Jen, one of our volunteers!

Donated Bikes & New African Refugees

During the event, we met Eric, a bike mechanic, who later helped us to examine & refurbish 15 donated bikes. Again, we reached out to Faith Mission Pentecostal Church whom we have partnered with since 2020. They actively help African refugees settle down in Canada. Needless to say, the bikes were a welcome gift to many families.

Pastor Lewis has invited us to preach and minister again this Sunday. We believe God has a special Word for His people. And it will be an added blessing to reconnect with families that we have helped before.

Vancouver's Un-housed

Monthly homeless outreaches continue to serve 200 meals & offer prayer to those living on the streets. We so appreciate all our volunteers who put their love in action, serving in multiple ways to relieve hunger of body and soul. We cannot do it with you!

Thank you for entrusting us with your support in prayers, finances, resources, & labor. Together, as one body of Christ, we are furthering His kingdom!
