We're asking for just a day of your time -- 
a day that will make a difference
 
We've emailed you. We've faxed. We've dazzled you with eye-grabbing headlines. We've done everything we know to do to get your attention.
 
Now we're just TWO weeks away from your golden opportunity to lobby your members of Congress to support TWO priority compounding issues -- two issues that will have a huge effect on your compounding business.
 
If you haven't already registered, I get it. Airline tickets are expensive. It's hard to be away from your pharmacy for more than a day or so.

So here's an idea: At least join us for the Capitol Hill visits on Tuesday, May 21. Come to DC the evening before or the morning of, get oriented on our TWO priority asks, then head to Capitol Hill to meet with your members of Congress and get their support. We'll even schedule the appointments for you, so that's one less thing you have to worry about. We'll have you done and headed back to the airport by 4pm that day.
 
The stakes are high. We need your help:
  1. Getting members of Congress to sign the letter urging FDA to fix problems with the state MOU.
  2. Gathering additional co-sponsors for H.R. 1959, which will clarify congressional intent regarding compounding provisions in DQSA.
We need as many members of Congress as possible to sign-on. YOU ARE YOUR PROFESSION'S BEST ADVOCATE. YOU CAN MAKE THAT HAPPEN.

COMP PAC Fundraising Reception for Congressman Henry Cuellar (D-TX).  Cuellar is the lead Democratic cosponsor of our priority legislation, H.R. 1959, and big supporter of compounding pharmacies. With a contribution of $250 or more, you can help us assure he stays right where he is, as a member of our key House committee. COMP PAC Fundraising Dinner with Congresswoman Diana DeGette (D-CO).   Here's your opportunity to visit with a key compounding champion over a four-course meal at Bobby Van's Steakhouse. It's Monday evening, May 20 in Washington, DC during CCH.   Click here  to secure your seat. 

Two more ways to flex political muscle for your profession:
  1. Respond to our call-to-action on both the congressional letter and H.R. 1959. Via our simple system, you can send an email to your members of Congress to put our issues on their radar. Add a message saying you look forward to discussing it with them when you're in D.C. in May for CCH. Takes less than two minutes. Do it today!
  2. Look for opportunities to invite your member of Congress to visit your pharmacy. That means reaching out to their local office and working with them to schedule it at a time when the member of Congress is home in-district for a few days. When they visit your pharmacy and you share your challenges, you're equipping them to be champions for your profession.
