Member Survey - White House Proposed Changes to Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program

The AAFP is requesting you complete a survey in regards to the proposed changes to the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. Your feedback is instrumental. It will strengthen AAFP’s position and advocacy efforts when engaging with legislators and regulators concerning the potential changes to the eligibility criteria for federal debt loan forgiveness programs. Policymakers must understand how changes to these programs affect individuals and the specialty of family medicine. Completing this survey will share the views of family physicians.

End of Life Care Course Available On-Demand

Need state mandated CME? IAFP is offering an on-demand state mandated CME course on End of Life Care. See below for more information and registration.


Iowa-licensed physicians are required to complete 2 hours of Category 1 credits for end-of-life care every five years. These requirements became effective August 17, 2011, are for physicians who provide primary care to patients (e.g., emergency physicians, family physicians, general practice physicians, internists, neurologists, pain medicine specialists, and psychiatrists.)
