Join the Revolution in Therapeutic Drug Monitoring!

Dear IATDMCT Members and Colleagues,

We are excited to announce the establishment of a new Analytical Committee within the International Association of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring and Clinical Toxicology (IATDMCT). The Analytical Committee is now joint with the Alternative Sampling Strategies Committee and will continue to support their initiatives.

The committee was established to recognize the vital role of laboratories and analytical assays within the International Association of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring and Clinical Toxicology (IATDMCT). By utilizing lab results, we aim to shape research, improve therapeutic drug monitoring, and enhance patient outcomes. Our goals include guiding the development of new analytical methods, refining existing practices, and fostering a collaborative platform for professionals to share insights. This will elevate standards of care and drive innovation in the field. Additionally, the committee seeks to identify knowledge gaps and emerging areas in therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical toxicology, ensuring targeted and impactful research. We also aim to educate members on the significance of analytical methods and the importance of analytical skills in practice.

We invite all interested scientists and clinicians to join this committee. Whether your background is in laboratory science, clinical research, or a related area, your contributions will be invaluable in shaping the committee's objectives and activities. If you are passionate about analytical methodologies and their application in clinical settings, we encourage you to express your interest in joining the Analytical Committee.

Please respond to Danijela Kocic and Marieke Sturkenboom to be considered for membership.

Together, we can make significant strides in the realm of therapeutic drug monitoring and clinical toxicology. We look forward to your involvement and ideas as we embark on this exciting journey.
