The 21st International Congress of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring & Clinical Toxicology (IATDMCT 2023) will be held 24-27 September 2023 in Oslo, Norway. IATDMCT 2023 will be the most important opportunity for experts in Therapeutic Drug Monitoring and Clinical Toxicology from the world to meet and discuss the innovations and problems in the field. The organizing committee cordially invites you to submit your abstract for the 21st International Congress of the IATDMCT to be held in Oslo September 24-27, 2023. Deadline for submitting abstracts: 15. April 2023.

Additional letters of support from members of the Association or other respected scientists are welcomed as supporting information for the Selection Committee.

At the 2023 IATDMCT Congress in Oslo, the venue for the 2027 Congress will be chosen.

Members interested in submitting a proposal to host the Congress must submit an application by July 31, 2023. The purpose of this application is to provide guidance for candidates and to facilitate the task of selecting the final site, for the Site Selection Committee. You may choose to submit the information required on the application form in a different format, but all questions on the form should be addressed. Very often a tourism office, conference centre, or hotel in the region can help you gather the information.

Interview with Natalia Riva

There has been a long-time oversight on my part that we have not heard from our Compass chief editor, Natalia Riva, in our blog series. This month we are correcting that, and we hear from ‘our’ Nata, whose hard work is known to members, and who has recently been undertaking a post-doc with a Pharmacometrics and Systems Pharmacology group in Pamplona, Spain. It is wonderful that this progression builds on her long-term work with Innovative Therapies group at the pediatric hospital JP Garrahan, Buenos Aires, with which she continues to collaborate. Nata has had a wonderful career and I’m sure we will see many more impressive achievements from this bright Young Scientist.
