Dear Tubman Families,

As we move further into March, the energy in our hallways is buzzing with growth and preparation. Whether it’s getting ready for upcoming assessments or enjoying community nights together, we are so grateful for the partnership and school spirit that make Tubman Elementary such a special place to learn. Take a few minutes and look at what’s coming up for our Bulldogs!

It is time for our students to show what they know! We are so proud of all the growth our Bulldogs are showing. The District online testing window runs from March 3 – April 17, 2026. Please ensure students are well-rested and arrive on time for the following testing dates:

• ELA: Wednesday, March 11 & Thursday, March 12
• Math: Tuesday, March 31; Thursday, April 2; & Tuesday, April 7

On Friday, March 20, our school will briefly host a production crew for the unscripted reality series "Wrinkles and Recess." This documentary follows three fathers over the age of 50 raising young children, capturing the unique wisdom and joys of older parenthood.

What to expect: Filming will be limited to brief footage of one featured student. To preserve the anonymity and safety of our community, the school’s name, staff, and other students will not be identified or featured in the production.

We value the voices of our students! This spring we will be administering the Cultivate Survey. The purpose of this survey is to help us understand our students' learning experiences and the classroom environments that help them succeed. Don’t forget Wednesday, March 11, you can skip the cooking and come support our school. You might even see some of your favorite Tubman teachers and staff!
