Be Sure to Complete your Membership Payment!

A quick reminder, to be a member, a person must register AND PAY their dues. We have run into several situations where someone registers online and then does not finish up with payment. Members who are not current with their payment will not be on the mailing list to receive their Fall Bandmaster Magazine.

Log in and renew your membership now!

There are no paper membership cards this year. We encourage digital payments; either credit, debit, or ACH. You can print your invoice and submit to your business office or forward the payment email invoice. Please help us in this transition away from paper membership cards and paper checks.

Important Message from IBA Treasurer, Tiffany Nelson

I sincerely appreciate all of you who have paid your membership dues in a timely manner. It has been a very challenging Fall for me, but I am 100% caught up with everything. Thank you for being patient.

That being said. It is our goal, as an IBA organization, to go paperless. In trying to achieve that goal, we have asked all school districts to PLEASE pay dues via our website using credit cards. I understand there are a few schools who are not able to utilize the Credit Card system as per their business offices and personnel. However, this year, I received even more checks than I did two years ago. If you are able, PLEASE pay your memberships via the website using your school credit card. When you send a check it is VITAL that you send the paperwork from the website with your check...or even a note telling me who the check is for.

If you have questions as to why some of you have "sent the checks, and paid your dues" but are still in the not paid list, that is because I did not receive the appropriate paperwork with your check and I have no idea who your school district is paying for. It takes me hours to enter into spreadsheets the checks I am receiving. It takes me twice that amount of time to attempt to find the name that goes with each school.

If you are the following schools, I have your money and it is deposited, but I have NO IDEA WHO YOU ARE. Please email me and let me know who is associated with these checks.

Thank you so much...

If you are on this list, please send an email, ASAP, stating who the check is paying for, first name and last. Until I have all of that information, your dues are not paid:-)
