In Washington, bi-partisan legislation (S.2155) is scheduled to be marked up tomorrow (Tuesday) in the Senate Banking Committee, on its way to the floor of the U.S. Senate.

B ased on ICBA's "Plan for Prosperity" agenda for economic growth, this bill includes provisions to promote community bank mortgage lending, simplify capital requirements, reform examination and supervision, and much more.
Community banks are close to realizing significant regulatory relief in Washington, but now we need your help to push it over the finish line.
