IBank Executive Director Scott Wu Discusses California SSBCI
IBank Executive Director Scott Wu recently participated in a roundtable discussion "Innovation in Small Business Support: Implementing the State Small Business Credit Initiative" hosted by the Urban Institute. Scott talks about the federal dollars coming to California and how IBank's current priorities of creating jobs, protecting the environment, and helping all Californians, including those who have been historically underserved, align with the mission of SSBCI.

Robert Portillo
Staff Services Analyst

Robert Portillo is honored to be working at IBank. Their degree in International Studies (Latin American Studies) from Cal Poly Humboldt, is beneficial to the department because they have a diverse background in politics and social issues.

They studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina where they were immersed in Latin American culture and LGBTQIA+ issues.

From working at FEMA to the Sacramento LGBT Community Center, Robert has experience in varying working environments and working with diverse groups of people.
Dinara Nussipov
Associate Governmental Program Analyst
Small Business Finance Center

Dinara Nussipov is IBank's new Associate Governmental Program Analyst in the Small Business Finance Center.

Dinara has previous experience working for Sacramento County as the human services social worker at the Department of Child, Family and Adult Services. Prior to that, she worked as a human services specialist at the Department of Human Assistance.

Dinara holds a master’s degree in Public Health from California State University, Fullerton and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from California State University, Sacramento. 
Municipalities Moving to Zero Emissions Vehicles Can Apply for Low-Interest Financing Through IBank
California’s cities, counties, schools, and special districts are joining the statewide movement toward Zero Emissions Vehicles (ZEV) and IBank offers low-interest financing to make the transition.
