Misa de Gallo (Simbang Gabi) | | Join us in celebrating the hallmarks and traditions of the Christmas season in the Philippines on Saturday, December 20 at 6:00 a.m., with gathering beginning at 5:30 a.m. The celebration will be led by Fr. Gonzalo Torres, OFM, and will be followed by a fellowship and traditional potluck breakfast in the Olive Tree Building behind the church. | | Meals for the Hungry - 12/20 | | |
As a parish, we serve dinner to ~150-200 people on the third Saturday of every month. We ask that food donations be delivered in disposable (ie, aluminum) pans and that each donation be enough to feed 15 people. Donations can be dropped off at the Immaculata kitchen (attached to the school) between 4:15 and 5:00 pm on Saturday. Food will be kept warm and cold as necessary until transport to Urban Ministry on Liberty Street, where meals will be served in person. We ask that those who volunteer to serve at Urban Ministries arrive at Immaculata kitchen by 5 pm; an insufficient number of servers puts a burden on those serving. Thank you for your generosity and kindness.

Fourth Sunday of Advent
Joseph trusted God’s plan, even when it was unclear. His quiet obedience reminds us that stewardship is about saying “yes” to God in our daily lives—through faith, service, and love.
Reflection Question: How can you say “yes” to God this Advent in a way that blesses others?

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has volunteered their time and talents for the Giving Tree project. From generously donating gifts, to coming into the office to sort them, to signing up to help with deliveries—your support has truly made a difference. This has been such a fun and meaningful project, and a wonderful opportunity for parents and children to serve together.
Your generosity, kindness, and willingness to help ensure these gifts reach those who need them most. We could not do this without you—thank you for your generosity and your hearts for serving others!

Thanks to everyone who made our Ornament Making event such a success. We had over 95 people join us! Thank you to all the volunteers who came up with ornament ideas, brought all the needed supplies, and taught people how to make them.
A special thank-you to the Girl Scout troop and the Youth Ministry kids who joined us to help, and of course to the Knights of Columbus for serving such a delicious breakfast.
We filled two large boxes of ornaments to donate to Meals on Wheels—thanks to Paul Novak for delivering them. I know the people who receive them will truly enjoy them.
