Sunday, February 1
Fourth Sunday in Ordinary Time
| | |
The readings remind us that true stewardship begins with humility. Zephaniah calls us to seek the Lord; Paul reminds us that God works through the lowly; and Jesus gives us the Beatitudes—the attitudes of a heart that knows everything is gift. To be a steward is simply to let God shape our priorities, use our gifts for others, and live the Beatitudes in daily life with trust and simplicity.
Reflection Question: Which Beatitude is hardest for you to live right now, and what small step can you take this week to practice it?
