Community Art Days
ICA is excited to again present a series of Community Art Days in communities across Inyo County! The next two dates will be in  Lone Pine on October 12 and Big Pine on October 13 .

Community Art Days are free, open to the public, family friendly, and feature music, workshops, food vendors, artist booths, and hands-on arts & crafts activities! Events run from noon-6pm, and both days will end with a concert from David Jacobs-Strain. We can't wait to see you all there!
ICA is recruiting artists, vendors, and volunteers
for these events!

These events support our local communities and we encourage individuals, businesses, and organizations from each community to participate as vendors, artists, and volunteers! Amanda Wingfield is a faded remnant of Southern gentility who now lives in a dingy St. Louis apartment with her son, Tom, and her daughter, Laura, who has a physical handicap and debilitating shyness. The father has left home; Tom supports his mother and sister with a shoe-factory job he finds unbearable. When Amanda convinces Tom to bring home from his workplace a “gentleman caller” for Laura, the illusions that Tom, Amanda, and Laura have each created in order to make life bearable collapse about them. A drama of great tenderness, charm, and beauty, THE GLASS MENAGERIE is an icon of the American theater. Rating - PG 13

This activity is supported in part by the California Arts Council, a state agency. Learn more at  arts.ca.gov .

Art enriches lives, creates a language that connects all people, and celebrates diverse cultures and historical heritages. ICA provides venues for artists to perform and share their work, and for the community to gather in appreciation of the arts. Thank you for your support!
