It's Time to Celebrate Our Seniors: New Formats and Opportunities to See Their Work!

Each year our senior candidates for graduation present their Senior Capstone projects; a culmination of the knowledge and skills that they have developed during their approximately 1,000 days collectively at Cedarville University and the International Center for Creativity.

This year our community of industry professionals, parents, graduates, faculty, staff and supporters will be able to choose multiple ways to experience the students' work.

Capstones at the ICC:

The senior class will present their projects live, in seven-minute, "pitch style" formats from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Monday, April 27, and Tuesday, April 28, at the ICC. For a complete schedule of presenters and their capstone project titles, click the button below.

Open Studio:

Join us from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on both Capstone Presentation days (April 27 and 28) for a Junior/Senior Project Exposition. For more information you can click the button below and also RSVP.

Two Industrial and Innovative Design Majors Participated in the 2026 Cedarville University Scholarship Symposium

On April 15, two Industrial and Innovative Design majors, Kathryn Sigman and Chloe Young, participated in a campus-wide celebration of research and scholarship.

"Research and Scholarship at Cedarville University celebrates the use of God’s gifts to us to learn more about His word and His creation, and to share the gospel of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. As a Christian university that prioritizes teaching excellence, faculty use systematic inquiry and creative endeavors to inspire students to explore the frontiers of knowledge, integrate ideas, connect thoughts to actions, and reflect on the implications of their fields in submission to biblical authority." Congratulations to all of the students who submitted work and were selected to display!

2026 Art and Design Camp with Cedarville University coming to the ICC!

One of the studio staff's favorite events of the year is when Cedarville University brings Art and Design Summer Campers to our studios in Dublin, for an introduction to "what is industrial design" and to participate, hands-on, in a design springs.

Current high schoolers spend the day with their fellow campers and ICC instructors and students, working on a design brief.

They learn sketching techniques, rapid prototyping, VR, and even how to package and pitch their ideas! It's a fast-paced afternoon that gives visitors a great preview of what the Industrial and Innovative Design major is all about! Click the button below for more information and to register.
