PRINCIPAL DISPATCH
Dear ICCP Families,

We have begun the month of November with our celebration of All Saints Day and All Souls Day with school masses calling us to serve Our Lord and each other in our daily lives. This election day we are once again reminded of the tremendous gift of freedom that God has given us and of our civic duty to participate in the process. We are also called to love one another as God loves us and to treat one another with mutual respect and kindness. It is my prayer that the ICCP family understand the necessity of dialogue, civility, and humility in this election season and embrace our faith in God during these coming days.

Later this week we will induct new members into the National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society, and Italian National Honor Society. I continue to be impressed by our young men and women for their hard work and resilience, and congratulate these new members on their accomplishments. They truly embody our vision of developing lifelong learners, dynamic leaders, and faithful servants.

Knight Times October
In case you missed it, the October edition of the Knight Times is available at iccatholicprep.org. Thank you to our amazing student writers and our moderator, Ms. Meghan Doyle.

Virtual Calming Room
Last week our school counselor, Ms. Sindy Ortiz, introduced the Virtual Calming Room. In addition to the many resources available to our students, this is one more tool that students can utilize for their own social-emotional well-being. Visit the Virtual Calming Room online.

Health and safety are a top priority
As a collective body we have maintained a safe and engaging school environment for all our students. I am so proud of everyone's continued effort to stay safe, wear masks, and make smart choices outside of school for the greater good of our community. As numbers continue to spike in the region, we are reminded of the need for all to remain vigilant both inside and outside of school.
