ICHQ Study Hall
We heard the membership, the leadership, and the affiliates, and we want to help! We know that much has changed with the way our Sisterhood operates and there are questions about company administrators, reactivations, billing cycles, etc. Our answer is to host an old-fashioned Study Hall surrounding 5 main topics that will repeat, so if you miss one, simply catch the next one! During these 1-hour sessions, the ICHQ staff will address common online submission errors and frequently asked questions. Hosted on the Youtube platform, each topic area will feature a recorded training video followed by a LIVE chat Q&A with SME’s from all departments, You won’t want to miss it!
