Each year during the Iowa Credit Union Convention, ICUF invites you to honor a peer through our Friend of the Foundation Campaign. This year, you are invited to recognize a colleague or leader who has made an impact with a $30 to celebrate ICUF's 30th anniversary— all while supporting ICUF’s mission to champion financial well-being for all.

2025 ALICE Report Update Available

2025 ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) data is now available. ALICE represents the growing number of working families who, despite being employed, struggle to afford the basics—housing, child care, food, transportation, health care and technology.

For credit unions, this report provides valuable insight into the financial realities many members face. Understanding ALICE households can help credit unions identify needs, tailor products and services, and strengthen support for communities served.

ICUF Impact in Action

Gas & Electric Employees Credit Union was a recipient of ICUF's 2024 Small Credit Union Grant. The credit union shared: "Thank you so much for awarding us grant funding to support our conversion efforts. We’re truly enjoying the new upgrades! Our members have begun engaging with our website and online banking services, and we've received a great deal of positive feedback. The new system has significantly streamlined our daily operations, making a noticeable difference in efficiency and member experience."
