2021 "People Helping People" Financial Coach Training Program Ending This Week
The 2021 Iowa Credit Union Foundation's "People Helping People" Financial Coach Training Program is wrapping up later this week, with 42 graduating coaches from 19 credit unions across the state.

This year's event was held virtually, split into multiple half-day training sessions facilitated by ICUF board member Adam Carroll. Thanks to the support of CUNA Mutual Group, ICUF was able to open the program to more participants and introduce new learning tools.

Nominations Open for 2022 Herb Wegner Memorial Awards
The National Credit Union Foundation has opened nominations for the 2022 Herb Wegner Memorial Awards. Do you know an individual or credit union organization deserving of national recognition? Consider nominating them for one of these awards:

  • The Outstanding Individual Achievement Award honors an individual who is dedicated to promoting the credit union philosophy, has created innovative concepts and provided leadership that has had a significant and lasting impact on the local, regional, national and/or international credit union movement with measured results.
  • The Outstanding Organization/Program Award honors an organization, program or business for their innovative concepts, products, and services that have had a significant impact on the local and/or national and/or international credit union movement with measured results.

Nominations are due July 30, 2021.
