Register for "Be Indispensable: Personal Accountability" ELC Workshop
We’ve all heard the saying, “Everybody’s replaceable”, which can be true if you are not a high value player within your organization. You become indispensable when you react to a problem by solving “above the line” as opposed to a “below the line” emotional response when circumstances are difficult or obstacles present themselves.

This year has been crazy, which is one reason why ICUL is offering this event to all member credit union employees as a member benefit - at no charge to attendees! Register now.
