We have heard from some folks who don't recall getting this information, so we are sending it again! Please take a minute to read this in case you missed it the first time around (sent June 5th to all registrants and guests).

• Carpooling: If you are interested in carpooling to the conference, complete this online form and we will try to match you up! Please take a few minutes to review the information below. If questions, please reach out to me. We will send anyone who completes the form an email Wednesday with the other folks so you can organize your travel plans.

• Welcome Message from our CVB Hosts: Please take a moment to read a welcome message from The Board, Staff, and Members of Chautauqua County Visitor's Bureau.

• Create Your “Sense of Humor” Profile: For all those joining us for a special evening of laughter and fun at the award-winning National Comedy Center for our Closing Evening event on June 20, we’ve provided a link below for you to create your “Sense of Humor” Profile in advance of your visit. Upon entry to the Comedy Center, you will receive a customized LaughBand with an RFID chip containing your profile, so that the National Comedy Center can personalize your experience with the comedy that you like best. Creating your profile in advance will speed up your setup time at the museum, but you will also have the opportunity to create your profile upon arrival at the National Comedy Center that evening, if you prefer. To setup your profile in advance, please:

1. Go to: https://comedycenter.org/pba-cyp
2. Follow the prompts to choose your favorite comedians, comedy movies, TV shows, and more. Don’t worry if you don’t see a specific comedian/actor/actress, movie or TV show that you truly love ,as the system can still analyze the core comedy attributes that are most important to you.
3. Select June 20^th as the day you will be visiting the National Comedy Center.
4. Provide your first and last name.
5. Provide your email address so we can send you special content that you create during your visit.
6. Continue through the rest of the questions until you’ve completed your profile.

• Plan Ahead! See everything we have in store for you on the updated schedule! For full details, please visit our one-stop 2023 Annual Conference webpage. To see what FAM or other extracurricular activity you signed up for, this information can be found in your infohub, or on the invoice you received.

• Updated Dine-Around Options: We have been advised there are some changes for the Dine-Around options, including the Mayville restaurant, Webb's Captain's Table, is no longer an option. Please stop by the CVB or registration desk to pickup a revised copy of Dine-Around options. If you need them in advance, please contact nixon@tourchautauqua.com.

• Transportation: For FAMS, opening reception, closing event and Dine-Around, our partners at Chautauqua CVB will be on-hand to guide you where to go once outside the hotel. This information will also be in your program book with your registration material. We thank Campbell Bus for sponsoring our transportation needs throughout the conference! We appreciate YOU!

• Conference Registration Booth: Opens Sunday morning, June 18! Your registration packet will include your name badge, our conference program book full of information and sponsor ads, mini-pocket schedule, listing of all registered participants, Sales Retreat and Industry Expo participant listing.

• Thank you to our Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Transportation Sponsors! Please take a minute to thank a sponsor when you see them during the conference. Scroll down to see a full listing and they will have a special name badge ribbon indicating their sponsorship.

• Network! We have plenty of networking opportunities for you! Networking events include the Opening Reception and late night Hospitality Suite; the Kick-the-Tires Happy Hour and the Dine-Around, and of course, the Closing Evening Event.

• Sales Retreat Sessions: All travel suppliers participating in the Sales Retreat have been contacted via email to advise which session you are participating in. Of course, the Bus Operator/Tour Planners will have tables at both sessions and look forward to meeting with you!

• Industry Expo: As last year, all Associate's participating in the Industry Expo will be visiting with the Bus Operator/Tour Planners at their tables vs. Associate's having a table.

• General Membership Meeting: Important PBA Membership business is done at this session. Two items include the Board of Director slate of candidates and a proposed Bylaws change will be voted on during this meeting.

• Associate Members Roundtable Discussion: With many folks wearing multiple hats and not having time to see the “sales rep”, discuss with your peers the best practices for getting to the decision makers and more. All Associate members received a listing of question to be discussed. Thanks to Jeff Goldwasser for helping to facilitate this session!
