Who knew you can have fun with the Institutional Compliance and Privacy Office (formerly known as the Office of Regulatory Affairs and Compliance) even while preparing for a voluntary audit? UT Health endocrinologist, David Tripathy, M.D., regularly uses the ICPO services to ensure smooth site visits from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration on the clinical research studies he leads.

The workforce in big data analytics is critical to support the burgeoning life sciences industry in Texas. The San Antonio Life Sciences Institute has funded three summer internships to foster the early career development of bioinformaticians in the area of precision medicine in cancer treatment.
