Now It’s Experience Dyslexia™

If you are one of the many educators who have purchased a copy of Experience Dyslexia in past years, please note that we are no longer utilizing the federal trademark registration system for maintaining the trademark for our simulation. Rather, we are reverting to a common law trademark regime for maintaining the trademark.

To comply with legal requirements for use of the registration symbol, please replace Experience Dyslexia® in any online references to the simulation with Experience Dyslexia™, replacing ® with ™.  The simulation should also be referred to as Experience Dyslexia™ in any marketing materials you produce going forward. Please contact us if you have any questions about this change.
