March 10th, 2020 – The Intercollegiate Dressage Association (IDA) and its Board of Directors acknowledge concern over the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) and its continuing spread. We continue to monitor updates provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
At this time, there are no plans to make changes or cancellations to the post-season IDA National Championships, though the board will re-examine this decision in the coming days and weeks.
We encourage all of our members to refer to the CDC website for up-to-date information on the Coronavirus, including prevention measures and personal care recommendations. Additionally, members are encouraged to cooperate with their universities/colleges concerning any institution-specific Coronavirus guidelines and travel policies.
