IBM Db2 with BLU Acceleration is commonly used in warehouse environments to facilitate industry-leading analytical processing of data. This technology is composed of many valuable pieces, but two that we regularly highlight are extreme compression and advanced query performance. While both of these features are extremely valuable, they are also tightly coupled.
We're currently accepting abstract submissions for the virtual IDUG Db2 Seminars in Mexico and Brazil this December. This is a great chance to share your expertise with the wider IDUG community. Presentations will be accepted in English and Spanish for our Mexico event and English and Portuguese for Brazil.
Send your ideas in by September 6, 2020 to be considered.

We're excited to look ahead to next year, and we're currently accepting abstracts for 2021. If you're interested in speaking at next year's conference, submit your ideas today!

The IDUG Content Committee is looking for an additional volunteer to help us put together content for the IDUG website. Members review and occasionally write content with the intent of posting a new article every week. This is a great way to give back to the community and share your knowledge.
