Grow the IEA Community — Earn $50 for Every New Coach You Refer!
Know an equine professional who would be a great addition to the Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA)? Help us grow the IEA community by introducing a new coach to IEA — and earn $50 for every successful referral!
The IEA Coach Referral Program rewards current adult IEA members who help bring new coaches and teams into the organization.
How It Works
Refer an equine professional who is NEW to IEA and encourage them to start an IEA team.
When your referral successfully enrolls a new team (Future or Upper School) with at least three members, you can earn a $50 referral payment.
And there’s no limit! Refer multiple new coaches who successfully form teams, and you can earn $50 for each qualifying referral.
Only one referral payment will be credited per team.
Who Is Eligible?
Any current IEA adult member who is responsible for referring a new equine professional/coach to IEA may participate.
To qualify:
- The referred coach must be new to IEA.
- The new coach must successfully enroll an IEA team (future or upper) with a minimum of three members.
- The new team’s membership must be active and in effect by December 1.
- Only one referring member may receive credit for each new coach/team.

Only teams who join IEA on or after August 15, 2026 to December 1, 2026 will be eligible for referral credit. New Teams/Coaches who joined previously this season do not apply.
Make Sure You Get Credit!
Connect your referral to Jennifer Eaton in the Membership Office. She will provide them will all of the information they need to start a team and help them along the way.
After December 1, 2026, Jennifer will connect all IEA adult members with qualifying referrals and send out payments.

Think about the trainers, instructors, barn owners, and other equine professionals in your network who could give young riders the opportunity to experience IEA.
