FMLA, Performance Deficiencies,
When and How to Address?

We have an employee who is on leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). No performance deficiencies had been addressed with the employee prior to FMLA leave, but multiple issues were found after she started leave. Can we address them right out of the gate when she returns? Also, our level of business has slowed down due to COVID-19. Does that figure into the equation anywhere?

Risk Management Resolutions: Look Back to Look Forward
When you think about your past year in risk management, what sticks out to you? What worked? What didn’t? What can you improve? Did you have an above-average safety record? Maybe one of your employees was injured. Did your attitude toward workplace safety help or hinder your success? Now is a good time to take stock of the past 12 months, as unusual and unprecedented as they were, and move forward using the experience you gained. Here are a few ideas to help get you thinking about how to use 2020 to create a better 2021.

Human Resource Considerations for 2021 Webinar
2020 was a rollercoaster for employers and Human Resources departments as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Heading into 2021 there are many issues both immediate and well into the future that will be impacted by the pandemic. However, traditional Human Resources initiatives and strategies are still just as important as they have ever been.

This webinar will address both pandemic-related concerns heading into the New Year as well as more traditional initiatives that HR departments should be considering moving forward.

2021 Health Plan Compliance Calendar
