Hi IEC Nation!

We have officially launched IEC renewal! When you log into your Hub account, you'll see alerts asking you to renew your paperwork. Your previously filled application will be accessible for easy edits, confirmation and re-submission.

To make the process easier and faster for you, we've created a first layer of screening to see how much of your paperwork needs to be updated.

As a reminder, references and in-home interviews may not be required in your IEC renewal process, as we will instead incorporate an IEC’s overall experience with EF and an ongoing timeline of home evaluation: from the original onboarding home interview to second visits and any additional in-home visit performed throughout the year. Instead of mandating references and interviews during IEC renewal, our team will be confirming that someone has evaluated the home within a year.
