Equity in IECMHC Reflective Supervision Community of Practice
The Center of Excellence is pleased to announce a Call for Applications for its Equity in IECMHC Reflective Supervision Community of Practice (CoP). This CoP is an intense, 6-week initiative that will be comprised of up to fifteen (15) reflective supervisors for IECMHC practitioners who are interested in developing or enhancing their skills and knowledge in how to apply equity principles in IECMHC reflective supervision sessions. This CoP will be facilitated by Dr. Eva Marie Shivers. Deadline is Friday, March 12, 2021.
New IECMHC Resource for Caregivers
The Center of Excellence and the Family Run Executive Director Leadership Association (FREDLA)  have developed a one-pager to help caregivers learn about the benefits of infant & early childhood mental health consultation. This resource lays out the importance of supporting young children’s mental health needs and how IECMH consultants can support the adults in a young child’s life.

This resource is designed to be shared in early childhood education settings and families.
Request TA from the Center of Excellence
The CoE offers technical assistance designed to advance the field by providing individualized technical assistance to IECMHC programs at any stage of development.

SAMHSA’s National Training and Technical Assistance Center for Child, Youth, and Family Mental Health (NTTAC) will be holding a webinar on Infusing Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health into Systems of Care.
ZERO TO THREE's The IECMH Policy Webinar Sessions
ZERO TO THREE’s Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH) Policy Team is hosting a webinar series focused on the foundations of IECMH Policy. Experts from the IECMH Policy Team will closely explore innovative policy and advocacy strategies that support the social and emotional well-being of young children and their families. Participants will hear from colleagues across the country working to advance IECMH in their states to ensure a great start for babies.
 
The next session is on Thursday March 25th at 2-3:30pm ET and titled: ZTT IECMH Policy Webinar Session #3: State Stories of Innovation: Promotion/Prevention and Financing.
 
The third session in our IECMH Policy series will share stories from states of innovative IECMH Policy change including investing in IECMH Promotion and Prevention and ensuring an array of funding sources including Medicaid for IECMH services.
