The year is off and running, and we are so grateful to the volunteer organizers who are the champions of IEEE discoveries.
This year, we will be focusing on the very front end of conferences - selection of partners and vendors, understanding our digital presence, mapping our audiences, and envisioning excellence.
MCE is here to support organizers at the very beginning of your work. Feel free to ask questions, seek advice, or explore the MCE knowledge hub.

Planning a Conference? Let IEEE Host Your Website
Your website is the digital home for your conference because attendees will look forward to having easy-to-access information about your event online. There are several things to consider, such as naming, hosting, design, governance, execution, and archiving.
IEEE has free hosting services for approved IEEE financially sponsored conferences. Simplify your website’s hosting, design, and execution using IEEE’s templates that are easily customizable to your event's color scheme, sub-branding, and design.
It’s easy to request IEEE to host your website. Check out the IEEE Web Hosting page and fill out the form online to get started for your next event!

Stephen Amoroso, Associate Business Analyst, MCE
Stephen began working for IEEE in September of 2022 as a temporary financial associate to support MCE technical activities, primarily through the conference payments alias. He assists with processing internal transfers as well as external payments to conference vendors and award winners. Stephen was hired in November of 2023 as an associate business analyst to continue in his role, as well as work with technical co-sponsored conference billables and as a conference analyst.
After graduating from James Madison University in the Spring of 2022 as a Finance major, he was looking for a challenging opportunity and found IEEE. As someone who has been assisting with financial coordination, he is excited to get more involved in supporting events. He enjoys working with the financials but is always willing to assist in any way helpful to MCE and the organizers!
