Note from the President
Another interesting year for all of us! I hope that all of you are doing well and plan to take time to relax with your loved ones for the upcoming holidays! Check out the upcoming dates in the newsletter highlighted by two sessions at the IDEACon conference.

Member Tidbits: 
  • Don Ringelstein is running for the national COSN Board. Each IETL District has 10 votes...let’s get Don elected!
  • Network Admin IETL Group: kudos to Marce Gonzalez (D230) and Will Brackett (D97) for getting this group up and running. If your network admin is not part of this, let me know and we can add them.
  • IETL Podcast: Season 2 has been awesome. Check out the new episodes!

Workshop Overview
On November 12th, we hosted our second quarterly workshop with a focus on SEL in Practice. Guest speaker and author Robert Breisch shared his experiences by helping others see their circumstances in a new way. Additionally, Robert led the IETL group through guided table discussions about the following topics:

Caring for Self
Caring for Staff
Caring for Customers
Work/Life Balance

The workshop continued with collaborative round-table discussions with the following topics:

Data Warehousing/Analytics
Capital Planning/Expenditures
MFA, Cybersecurity topics

Both activities provided for rich discussions and sharing of ideas among IETL members that may be viewed here.
