EHA Engineer Josh Scarbrough Reflects on His NFPA Fluid Power Vehicle Challenge Experience
"Without getting involved with the NFPA FPVC I would not have learned so much about the wide array of hydraulic applications nor would I have met IFP's Jim Kaas and Dean Ebberhardt, Without meeting these two I would never have learned about IFP.

I am just as passionate about the entire program now as I was when I first got involved, except now I get to be involved from the other side. I have been given the opportunity to help with the program from the position of an engineering resource and supplier."
2nd Quarter Careers
Sara Weichman recently joined the IFP Group of Companies as the new Director of Marketing.

EHA is part of the IFP Group of Companies. IFP/EHA sales & service is 50% value add and 50% distribution. We offer design, prototyping, manufacturing, plus service, and repair for industrial & mobile fluid power applications.
Panel Shop
EHA provides one source responsibility by supplying
a complete electrical system from the operator interface to the actuators. We can design, program and install
a complete electronic control system for your industrial or mobile application.
Pneumatic Controls
Whether you need a simple "Pick-and-Place" system, or a machine which combines electrical, electronic, and fluid power technologies, EHA can provide you with a system that takes advantage of the best of what current technology offers.
Test Stands
EHA provides a variety of custom designed test stands including general purpose, pump, cylinder, impulse, burst, PVS, valve, and production.

Accumulator Systems
Accumulator racks tie individual accumulators with individual shutoffs to a common header, gas connection, and optional automatic bleed down function.
Filter Carts
Offline Loop
Used for water removal, fine polishing filtering, high speed transfer, particle counting, small hand held units, cooling/filtering units, and oil holding and transfer units.

Automation
From the actuators up, EHA can design and build a complete system for your production equipment or special purpose test machines. Whether you supply the tooling and fixturing, or if we design to your specifications, our automation experience will help minimize your cost and get your new system up and running quickly.
IFP is Staying Safe with Protective Workstation Shields
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, our facilities have been modified according to social distancing best practices. View customer message from President, Jim Kaas. Protective shields have been assembled and installed with Bosch Rexroth aluminum framing products.
Robotics

has never been easier!
On robot manufacturers grippers, force/torque sensors and tool changers for
Collaborative Applications .

They are compatible with robots from Doosan, TM Robot, Yaskawa, Universal Robots, KUKA, Fanuc, Kawasaki Robotics, Hanwha, and Nachi. You can easily get started with maximizing utilization of your robots.

Flexible and easy to deploy 2.5D vision system for robotic applications. With 1-picture calibration and part recognition, depth perception and adjustable on-or off-robot mounting, the OnRobot Eyes is ideal for sorting, CNC machine tending, and pick-and-place.

Collaborative Robots (Cobots)
New to cobots? start here
Productive Robotics - featuring the OB7, an intuitive collaborative robot for the next generation of manufacturing. Easy to learn - do simple tasks in a matter of minutes with "no programming" and a drag and drop interface. OB7's flexibility performs tasks in diverse applications due to its 7-axis agility, productivity, and accuracy.

Festo Simplified Motion Series (SMS)
electromechanical actuators
Designed for simple and easy wiring, commissioning, and operation, like pneumatic actuators. Movements include end-to-end positioning and pressing/clamping. Each SMS axis consist of an electromechanical actuator mounted to an integrated motor to reduce setup time and cabinet space requirements.
Closed-loop control made easy. And affordable
CANpoint is a free software configuration program for the XMD mobile drivers that simplifies advanced hydraulic control using a clear, simple software interface that allows for point-and-click output shaping with excellent resolution and predictable results.

Mobile Controls for OEMs
PowerCore ® MPC-10
The Murphy PowerCore MPC-10 Controller is a general, all-purpose manual/auto start and manual/auto throttling engine controller designed with rental applications in mind. The controller is purposed primarily for applications where a wide array of inputs and outputs are not required.
.
