Virtual Training Sessions
|
|
To assist individuals and families with completing funding applications, IFSP staff will offer virtual training sessions using ZoomGov (IFSP will hold separate training sessions for support coordinators and case managers). These trainings will provide a demonstration of how to access and navigate the IFSP-Funding Portal in WaMS, and provide an opportunity to submit questions to the IFSP staff.
Spaces are limited, so please save your spot and register at the links below:
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information with links for joining the meeting.
Can't make it? This training session will be recorded and posted to the My Life, My Community website.

|
⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️
The application portal will be open for one month. Determinations no longer follow the previously established first-come, first-served approval process — so please take your time to apply! For more details on the Funding process and criteria, please review our Program Guidelines at https://tinyurl.com/mlmc-funding.

Before you begin, here are a few reminders:
- To be eligible to apply, all applicants must be on the Developmental Disability Waiver Waiting List and be living in their own home, or in their family's home.
- During this Funding cycle, ALL applicants in Priorities 1, 2, and 3 will be able to apply at the same time. You will NOT need to know your priority status in order to apply.
- Applicants with a Priority 1 waitlist status may apply for up to $1,000. Applicants with a Priority 2 or Priority 3 waitlist status may apply for up to $500.
- No changes have been made to the Funding Program Guidelines since the most recent Funding cycle that ended in February of this year.
-
Since the close of the most recent Funding cycle, IFSP and DBHDS have continued making enhancements to the application process that will improve user experience. Over the past few months, IFSP has shared this information via our monthly digest, which is sent through our email list.
-
IMPORTANT: We are approaching the expiration date for funds that were issued as of April 2023! IFSP-Funding recipients must register, utilize, and/or withdraw the funds from their Way2Go debit cards. Failure to register these cards may impact an applicant's eligibility for future funds. To register a card, please call the Conduent customer service toll-free number at 800-961-8423, or call the My Life, My Community toll-free helpline at 844-603-9248.

IFSP Needs Your Feedback!
|
|
|
IFSP's Annual Satisfaction Survey helps us learn more about the individuals and families on the waitlist, including those who have applied for IFSP-Funding. This survey should be completed by or on behalf of individuals who are currently on the waitlist.
The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Again, your input will help us better assist you and your family.
