We are excited to announce that plans are underway for our annual IG Wealth Management Walk for Alzheimer’s. This year's event will take place the morning of Saturday, May 27 at Cullen Central Park in Whitby.

This year’s event will feature a 1km, 3km or 5km walk through the scenic trails of Cullen Central Park, with entertainment along the way and fun activities for the whole family to enjoy.  

Help us reach our goal to raise $110,000 and make a difference to those living with dementia and their care partners.

1 of 8 pairs of tickets to the Oshawa Generals game on Sunday, March 19 at 6:05 p.m. vs. the Mississauga Steelheads!

Winners will be announced on our Facebook page on Tuesday, March 14.

Participating in the Walk is a great way to honour someone you know who has been impacted by Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. Walking also helps the nearly 12,000 people in Durham Region who are living with dementia and their care partners by raising awareness and raising funds to support ASDR.

If you aren't able to walk with us you can still make a difference by donating to the Walk. Funds raised allow us to continue providing education, counselling, and social recreation programs for all those living with dementia in our community.
