Aspen Square Homes
A warm welcome to the Irving Hispanic Chamber of Commerce family, Aspen Square Homes!
Aspen Square Townhomes is a 174 individual townhomes community at the north east corner of Beltline and Shady Grove. The community will have 2 and 3 stories townhome ranging from 1800+ sq. foot. Each townhome will come with a minimum 3BR, 2.5 Bath and 2 car garage. The community will have amenities including Swimming Pool, Club house, kids play area, dog park etc. In the Phase 1, Aspen will be building 56 townhomes. The utilities work has already started and should be completed by end of March 2022. The Phase 1 deliveries will start end of Q3 2022.

Registration is now open for the University of Dallas Spring 2022 Internship and Career Fairs on Feb 23 and 24th.
They are offering both virtual and in-person fair options.
Dates are subject to change depending on university and federal safety policies.
If you wish to attend BOTH you'll need to register for both events.
The fairs are FREE to companies and graduate schools. The in-person fair will take place at their university campus at 1845 E. Northgate Drive in Irving, TX. Their virtual fair will take place via the Handshake platform.

Join us for SER’s 58th Annual Conference on April 21, 2022. We welcome all vendors and participants to join us for this year’s event, titled “Pathways to Progress”. The conference will feature inspiring speakers, educational entrepreneurial workshops, and training. The Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business-Dallas College site application deadline for the Summer cohort (May 2022) is fast approaching!
They are looking for applicants who generally meet these criteria:
1. Owner or co-owner of a business
2. Business in operation for at least two years
3. Business revenues of at least $75,000 in the most recent fiscal year.
4. Business with a minimum of two employees (including the owner).
If you are selected, you will receive a full scholarship to participate at no cost to you. Apply online today for a chance to receive a full scholarship to participate in the summer cohort!

Founded in 1975, the Hispanic Scholarship Fund empowers Latino families with the knowledge and resources to successfully complete a higher education, while providing scholarships and support services to as many exceptional Hispanic American students as possible. Deadline: February 15th.
