The deadline to include your organization description, organization email address, and website in the printed Conference Guide is Friday, October 11. Please reference the email with your login credentials for the Sponsor and Exhibitor Resource Portal to submit your listing information. 

Include your logo with your exhibitor listing in the printed Conference Guide, mobile app, and website! The cost is $300. Reach out to your Exhibit & Sponsorship Sales Team to purchase no later than November 1 (conference guide, mobile app, and website) / December 2 (mobile app and website only).

Booth Design Rules & Regulations

As you are planning your booth design, please review the Guidelines for Booth Display Rules and Regulations. IHI abides by the International Association of Exhibition and Events (IAEE) Guidelines for Displays Rules and Regulations that outline the standard heights, lengths, and requirements of booths and the “Line-of-Sight” style. Hotel Reservations

IHI has a room block at the World Center Marriott at the rate of $269 per night plus applicable taxes. The room block usually fills quickly, so early booking is encouraged. Click here to book your rooms and manage your existing reservations. 

Beware of Housing Poachers: The hotel reservation link above is the only official hotel reservation site endorsed by IHI. IHI does not solicit exhibitors and attendees via phone or email to reserve hotel rooms. Reservations made through third-party companies may not be guaranteed. Never provide your hotel confirmation number to a third party. If you have any questions, please contact eharrison@ihi.org.

Register for your complimentary badges. Please reference the Exhibitor Registration email that was sent to you from Erin Harrison for your allotments and unique Discount Code.

Allotment Info: 

• One (1) Complimentary General Conference Registration per 10 x 10 / 100 sq. ft. of space 
• Three (3) Complimentary IHI Forum Hall Only Registrations per 10 x 10 / 100 sq. ft. of space 

General Conference (Tuesday and Wednesday) and Exhibit Hall Only registrations include access to the exhibit hall and all meals in the hall (two lunches and two receptions). They also provide access to all Forum keynotes.
