Conference Guide Listing
The deadline to include your organization description, email address, and website in the Conference Guide and mobile app is Friday, March 15. Please reference the email with your login credentials for the Sponsor and Exhibitor Resource Portal to submit your listing information.
Include your logo with your exhibitor listing in the printed Conference Guide and mobile app! The cost is $300. Reach out to your Exhibit & Sponsorship Sales Team to purchase no later than May 7.
Freeman is the general service contractor, and the exhibitor service kit will be available soon.
Exhibitor Resource Center Coming Soon
We are excited to offer a new tool for exhibitors this year – the Exhibitor Resource Center. It will include all of the information you need to plan your booth and get the most out of your participation at the IHI Patient Safety Congress. We will send an email once it is available.
Booth Design Rules & Regulations
As you are planning your booth design, please review the Guidelines for Booth Display Rules and Regulations. IHI abides by the International Association of Exhibition and Events (IAEE) Guidelines for Displays Rules and Regulations that outline the standard heights, lengths, and requirements of booths and the “Line-of-Sight” style. Hotel Reservations
IHI has a room block at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center at the rate of $229 per night (plus tax).Click here to book your rooms and manage your existing reservations.
Beware of Housing Poachers: The hotel reservation link above is the only official hotel reservation site endorsed by IHI. Reservations made through third party companies may not be guaranteed. Exhibitor Registration
Exhibitor Registration is open! Two (2) complimentary Exhibit Hall Only Passes are included per 10 x 10 booth space. Your Exhibit Hall Only Pass also provides access to all Congress keynotes and spotlight sessions. Additional Exhibit Hall Passes may be purchased for $350 each. Please reference the Exhibitor Registration email that was sent to you with your allotment and unique discount code. Please contact Erin Harrison if you need this information resent to you.
