Before School, Lunch and After School Supervision
If you are interested in supporting us in providing a safe school environment, please sign up here for an opportunity to provide supervision either before and after school with traffic management in front or with supervision of students playing on the blacktop at lunch time.

Let's show our amazing IHMS Staff how wonderful they are during Staff Appreciation Week! The PTA will be providing lunch & other goodies throughout the week for our Staff & we need some donations that will help to make the week a success. Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up if you are able to contribute.
All items need to be dropped off to the IHMS Front Office either on Wednesday, May 7th or Thursday, May 8th by 9:30 am. Please double check when signing up so that you drop off your donation on the correct day it is needed.

Message for Incoming 6th Graders
All Current 6th Grade Parents- Your child will require a mandatory Tdap Vaccine before starting 7th grade. Please email it to IHMS@srvusd.net as soon as possible.

8th Grade Field Trip to Scandia
When: Tuesday, June 3rd
Where: Scandia Fairfield Field Trip
Cost: $95 per student (Donations can be made by cash/check made payable to “IHMS” or online at ihms.futurefund.com/store)
Includes: Unlimited activities, lunch and transportation
Time: 8:15am-2:45pm
**If your student does not attend this field trip, they MUST still attend school.
***All permission slips and donations are due by Thursday, May 8th to their Core teacher

8th Grade Promotion
When: Wednesday, June 4th
Where: California High School
Ernie Berger Stadium, 9870 Broadmoor Drive, San Ramon
Promotion Practice
When: Wednesday, June 4th
Time: 8:00am-11:00am

Practice is mandatory for all 8th graders.
- Students are to be dropped off at 7:45am at the Event Center.
- Practice will begin promptly at 8:00am
- Students are dismissed and MUST leave campus at 11:00am.
Promotion Ceremony
When: Wednesday, June 4th
Time: 6:00-7:30pm
- Students to arrive at Event Center no later than 5:15 PM
- Tickets are NOT required.
- Seats may not be saved and will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Hello parents of 8th graders,
If your 8th grader is planning on enrolling for a Non District Course during summer please read all the information at this link Summer Advancement Via Outside Institution
Follow the below steps.
1. Non District Course Intent Application (For summer coursework for 2025-26 school year) - Advancement application closes and Proof of Enrollments are due by June 10, 2025@ 11:59 pm
2. Complete Step 2 (Application to Place Credit) on my webpage
- Please submit this Application to Place Credit form after you have completed the course.
Upload the completed form, signed by both the student and parent(s). Section 4, Question 3 of the Google form is where you need to upload the signed form.
(NOTE- Paper Copies of "Application to Place Credit" will not be accepted.)
3. Submission of your Official NDC Transcript from the institution to the Registrar's office by the deadline. The deadline to submit the summer transcript is Monday, August 11, 2025 (Transcripts emailed from a student/parent are not considered official and will not be accepted.)
No late submissions will be allowed.
Timeline applies for courses taken at all institutions.
· June 10, 2025 @ 11:59 pm - Advancement application closes and Proof of Enrollments are due
· August 11, 2025 - Official transcripts are due. Alternatively, if the institution offers an email option to send it directly to vbattu2@srvusd.net this is acceptable and will be considered an official copy. (Transcripts emailed from a student/parent are not considered official.)

Please remember that there are requirements to volunteer on campus all parent volunteers working with students must have completed backgroud screening, proof of Tuberculosis clearance and uploaded this into their Be A Mentor profile. All volunteers must check in at the office when they arrive.

Truck Time 2025
Tickets on Sale Now!
Turn imagination into real life! This fun, interactive, outdoor family festival encourages children (and their adults) to explore the trucks and vehicles they see around them all the time, and maybe some they've never seen before.
