Passion fruit grows on the passionflower vine and, even though it is a tropical fruit, it can grow in sub-tropical climates around the world. Even the peel of the passion fruit is high in vitamin C, which is used in some anti-inflammatory supplements. If you are craving a sweet taste of summer, we recommend this Mango Passion Fruit Chia Seed Jam recipe by IHN graduate, Amanda Filipowicz.
