The IRS is part of the law under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and it gives each person, whether they're a worker, supervisor, or employer, a clear role in preventing injuries and creating a strong safety culture.
In this safety talk video, we explain what the IRS is, how it works, and why it matters.
