The insurance environment continued to be volatile in 2019 for Independent Agents. Agencies, Associations & Carriers continued to see mergers, acquisitions, consolidations and carrier exits. All the turmoil continued putting pressure on association membership across the country.
Still, IIAPBC was able to thrive, grow and continue to provide value to our members by maintaining high quality events, CE, Networking, Interesting Speakers and information sharing that fills the needs and budgets of local agents & company partners. We also had a record setting year for each monthly charity in connection with our meetings/events. IIAPBC is truly member focused & driven.
With your membership, participation and support, IIAPBC will continue to provide the Events that You want and be a forum that allows us to network with others in our industry and the communities we serve. Working toward our common goals, we not only improve our way of life, but also the lives of our clients.
For 2020, IIAPBC will continue to focus on the programs of the past and expand our offerings. Charities (Komen Race for the Cure, Progressive Keys to Progress, Feeding Palm Beach County), scholarships for RMI programs at Palm Beach State College, CE classes, and celebrated fun social events, like BIG I DAY, Thanksgiving Member Appreciation Happy Hour and our IIAPBC Holiday Party with Toys for Tots drive will stay on the agenda.
The good news is Our 2020 membership renewal fee ($500) remains unchanged. (*early pay $400 before Jan 31st *) Don’t Forget, each membership always includes one complimentary reservation for every meeting/event (excluding Big I Day),many others are free to all members or offered at reduced prices. No other association offers that bang for your buck!
