Dear Registered Interior Designers,
We are experiencing an unprecedented environment affecting our lives, our careers, and our community. The Alabama Board for Registered Interior Designers was established as a means to support and protect the interior designers of Alabama, and we continue to hold this as our main responsibility. As such, we are suspending the “in-person” CEU requirement for this reporting period, thereby allowing all continuing education to be obtained online.
Both of the interior design professional societies in Alabama, ASID and IIDA, are acutely aware of the situation we find ourselves in and have been very active in identifying quality continuing education online, most of which are free of charge. We urge everyone to contact both organizations and ask to be placed on their email list so you’ll receive the latest information;

We all know interior designers are miracle workers and there is no dilemma too big or too hard that we can’t find a solution for, and we will meet this challenge with the same determination. We will come through this.
