III Congratulates Member Sir David Richards

On behalf of the entire International Insolvency Institute membership, we would like to extend congratulations to III member, Sir David Richards, on his recent appointment to the UK's Supreme Court. The official announcement can be found at this link.

Sir David has been a long time member of the III and was recently celebrated in June in London with his 2020 postponed III Outstanding Contributions Award. 

Sir David’s expertise in company law and corporate insolvency, of which we are all fully aware, are specifically referenced in the announcement.

We wish Sir David all the best in this new chapter of his distinguished career.
