62nd Annual Meeting of the Society of Toxicology

IIVS is looking forward to exhibiting at the 62nd Annual Meeting of the Society of Toxicology! If attending, please visit us during ToxExpo at booth #834.

New Partnership with Toxys

IIVS is pleased announce that we have entered into an agreement with Toxys to provide the ToxTracker® service. ToxTracker is a state-of-the-art, stem cell-based reporter assay providing insights into the mode-of-action (MOA) of pharmaceutical compounds, chemicals and personal care products. The assay combines multiple biomarkers for assessing genotoxic and non-genotoxic (including oxidative stress, protein misfolding and general cellular stress) MOAs. The results correlate well with standard genotoxicity assays and the platform is under currently under review by the OECD with the goal of Test Guideline approval.

For more information about this exciting partnership, please read our recent press release.

Toxys will be holding an Exhibitor Hosted Session titled: Regulatory Acceptance of ToxTracker: A New Approach Method for Genotoxicity Assessment: on Tuesday, March 21 in room 101D at the Convention Center where you can learn more about the assay.

Ancillary Meeting with RIFM

IIVS and the Research Institute for Fragrance Materials (RIFM) invite you to join an Ancillary Session and reception highlighting our collaborative work using in vitro systems to model photosafety and respiratory toxicology.

The event is entitled: Research Institute for Fragrance Materials and Institute for In Vitro Sciences Collaborative Efforts Reception and takes place on Tuesday (March 21st) at 4:30-6:00 PM at the Music Row 3 room in the Omni Nashville Hotel. Complimentary beer, wine and soft drinks as well as light appetizers will be provided.
