The Sustainable Transportation Equity Program (STEP), is an innovative pilot program through the California Air Resources Board aimed at increasing transportation equity in disadvantaged and low income communities.
ILG is partnering with the San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG) on a STEP project in the San Joaquin Valley, and they recently launched the first carshare location in partnership with the Housing Authority at an event at Conway Homes. Below is media coverage of the event.
