2019 Medicaid PI Program Attestation Season is Here!

From ILHITREC's Director,

The 2019 attestation season is upon us for the Medicaid Promoting Interoperability (PI) Program. If you haven't already started preparing, now is the time. ILHITREC's statewide team is ready to assist you in meeting meaningful use and attesting in the PI program.

In addition to providing attestation assistance at this time of the year, many providers and practices have a designated ILHITREC representative who works with them throughout the year to assist them in staying on track to meet the objectives, patient volume pre-approval, audit preparation, and everything in between. All of our services are provided at no cost for eligible Medicaid providers, as we are funded by the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services to assist you in these activities.

Contact us today if you need assistance in the Medicaid PI Program - [email protected].

All the best for 2020!

Lisa Kaye Bergeron
Director, ILHITREC

Also, telehealth will continue to grow as a cost-effective and convenient alternative to in-person care while physician and nurse shortages and the threat of cybersecurity breaches are ever present.  Read More
