Dear NLA Members of the Central Region,
I am writing to express my interest in continuing to serve on the NLA Board of Directors and seeking your support. My name is Tracy Raimer, and I am enthusiastic about contributing my leadership, experience, and innovative ideas to the already robust and hard-working Board.
With 22 years of dedicated service on the Illinois Limousine & Bus Association board, including
10 years as President, 8 years as Vice President and 6 years served on the NLA board, I have
acquired invaluable experience and insight into the challenges faced by our industry.
Having been intimately involved in addressing the diverse challenges within our industry, I
understand the unique needs of both small and large operators. I have proven my willingness to
fight the right fight, regardless of popular decision. My passion lies in being a voice for small
operators and the women of our industry. I am committed to representing their interests and
contributing to the growth of our sector.
I firmly believe in the power of collaboration, education, and technology. As our industry
evolves in response to the changing world around us, I recognize the crucial role of technology in
enhancing operational efficiency and providing seamless booking experiences for our customers
and affiliate partners. Education is key to staying at the forefront of innovative ideas, especially
as we navigate the process of “resetting” our businesses. I am deeply committed to these
principles and am actively engaged in related committees where I contribute my skills and
expertise and have had great success on each of these committees.
My overarching goal is to unite operators worldwide, fostering mutual education and
communication. By actively supporting one another, we can elevate our industry to global
recognition whenever travel is considered.
I firmly believe that my integrity, expertise in board operations, and enthusiasm are in perfect
harmony with the NLA Board of Director’s mission. I am eager for the chance to contribute to
our industry’s ongoing success. Over the last three years, the NLA has experienced significant
positive growth, and I am thrilled at the prospect of collaborating with fellow board members to
sustain this momentum. Together, we can lead the association towards unprecedented levels of
support for our members, operators and vendors, marking a new chapter of unparalleled
generosity.
