Seay, a Professor at Florida Gulf Coast University, where she teaches international law, globalization and the rule of law, and other law courses, and the first woman attorney in Florida to achieve Florida Bar Board Certification in International Law. A regular lecturer on international law and legal ethics, Pamella has travelled extensively, speaking in the US and around the world, including in Greece, Italy, China, England, and Brazil.
