Dear IMA Members,
As I step into my sixth month as Executive Director of IMA, I’m continually inspired by the energy, passion, and innovation within our manufacturing community. Meeting many of you has been a privilege, and I remain committed to understanding and enhancing IMA’s value—both for you as manufacturers and for Idaho’s broader manufacturing ecosystem.
We’re on an exciting, evolving journey together, and my team and I deeply appreciate your honest feedback as we navigate the path forward. My focus in these first months has been to dive deep into IMA’s impact, evaluate the benefits of membership, and ensure we’re effectively communicating them. It’s been a rewarding challenge, and I’m grateful to those who have shared their insights so far! Thanks to your input, we’ve made meaningful strides, and we’re having powerful, candid conversations that are helping shape our direction for the rest of 2025.
Our key areas of focus moving forward include:
✅ Enhancing Support & Resources – Strengthening manufacturing and supply chain programs to better serve you.
✅ Building Stronger Connections – Growing our committees and board while expanding opportunities for industry collaboration.
✅ Statewide Engagement – Bringing more meetings, site tours, and networking opportunities to manufacturers across Idaho.
✅ Clearer Communication – Refining how we showcase IMA’s value and ensuring we’re providing services that truly meet your needs.
This is a bold vision, and while there’s a long road ahead, I’m excited about what we’re building together. The momentum is real—IMA hosted Idaho’s first-ever EmpowerHER Luncheon, and it SOLD OUT! The 2nd Annual Golf Tournament is also going full steam ahead, and golfer registration will open up to members at the end of April. You’ll also notice more engagement and clarity in our communications, including updates to the IMA Membership and Learn More webpages, with much more on the way.
Thank you for your continued support, insights, and commitment to Idaho’s manufacturing future. Together, we are making a lasting impact!
