QTPOC Community Circle

The Queer and Trans People of Color community circle is for those that identify in both groups to come together and discuss the intersectionality of their identities and be in community with each other. It is open to all who identify. We will be meeting on December 6th, from 6-7 pm in the IME Suite.

Come join Sanaa, Kaya, Judith, and Billie for a Wokeshop on how to "Stop, Think, & Take Action." We will be "unpacking everyday life" and discussing topics to create equity.


SNACKS WILL BE PROVIDED!

Queer Electronica


The Inclusion and Multicultural Engagement office(IME) and the Music Department are putting together a celebration of Queer Electronic Music. This event will be a concert of Queer and LGBTQIA* student submitted pieces, preferably with a live performance attached to it. we hope that this event will be a space to celebrate and allow students to experiment with gender through the art of Electronic Music.

Take a break from your studies and support the Native Made Winter Marketplace brought to you by the Native American Youth Association (NAYA).


This market place will take place over the next three weekends from 11-5pm:

Seasons of Light Holiday Winter Celebration- this Wednesday!

Needing a bit of festive cheer? Come celebrate the end of the semester at the Office of Spiritual Life's "Seasons of Light" Holiday Winter Gathering! This Wed, 6-7pm, Gregg Pavilion. This event celebrating our current season with numerous religious and cultural holidays invites your participation. In a casual, open mic format, guests are encouraged to bring something to share- a poem, a song, a spoken reflection or memory, whatever! The content will be determined by the guests. And if you want to come a listen, enjoy candlelight, cookies, and cocoa, that's OK too! So let's celebrate Christmas, Winter Solstice, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and the light that shines in us. All are invited and welcomed.

If you would like to submit something to be added to the IME newsletter, please fill out the form below. The IME newsletter goes out every Monday afternoon (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday). All submissions to make it into the weekly newsletter must be done by Monday morning at 8 am or they will be added to the following week's newsletter.
