IMERC is pleased to announce the release of a new Alternative Labeling Application, which has been posted on the NEWMOA website. This form has been revised to streamline the application process for manufacturers and distributors who are unable to comply with the standard labeling requirements of our member states.

We encourage all reporting entities to familiarize themselves with these standard labeling requirements to ensure compliance.
